SH Bright Shop is an online retailer with a growing product range. The opportunity was clear: standardise the shopping experience so that every customer interaction — from discovering a product to completing a purchase — feels reliable and simple.
Our work started with the customer journey. We mapped out the typical path from homepage to checkout and identified where customers were losing confidence or running into unnecessary steps. That map became the blueprint for the redesign.
The resulting experience is built on consistency. The same product card layout appears everywhere. The same trust signals appear at the same moments. The same checkout steps appear in the same order. That predictability is what makes a shopping experience feel trustworthy — and trust is what converts browsers into buyers.
SH Bright Shop had a solid product catalog but an experience that was making it difficult for customers to navigate it. Category pages felt inconsistent, product cards varied in layout and information density, and the checkout process had too many steps with too little reassurance at each one. For an e-commerce store competing on convenience, that kind of friction is expensive — it shows up directly in abandoned carts. The goal was to standardise the experience from landing to checkout, so customers could browse with confidence and purchase without hesitation.
